Special offer! One stamp, 3.5 SSP President Salva Kiir of the unissued (lost?) set canceleld on cover. At the occasion of the 1st visit to China by president Salva Kiir in April 2012 the Chinese authorities presented a set of stamps, one of 1SSP showing the Chinese and South Sudanese flags and one of 3.5 SSP with a picture of President Salva Kiir wearing his trade-mark Stetson. The South Sudanese party cut the visit short, preventing an official hand-over. Since that time, the whereabouts of these stamps is unclear, and they have therefore not been issued. The set is, however, known to South Sudan Post. #266.

Priority international postage cost for stamps in single envelope is euro 1.90 (or equivalent in usd) up to 20 grs. Till 50 grs is euro 3.50.
