Please if you want bid my items only need take a minurtes to open a Skrill account and several days to be full operative and verificated, with funds uploaded.
The only difference is: Skrill doesnt works with credit cards in USA,as skrill is form UK and your federal laws or FED seems not to allow Skrill works in that way.
