The designs of the stamps:

1. NT＄5 stamp: A bicycle-riding “green angel,” who is delivering mail full of joy and warmth to places far and wide, is being hoisted aloft by a hot-air balloon.

2. NT＄25 stamp: The image shows a carrier pigeon wearing a ribbon in the shape of an "e", which is spreading news about the computerization and e-commercialization. The treasure convenience box that the pigeon is carrying on its back is chock full of caring concern, happiness and wealth. It represents the joy and convenience that multifaceted postal services bring to the people.
