The four stamps depict the four major stages in the development of the ROC respectively: The Founding of the Republic (NT$5), Agricultural and Economic Development (NT$5), Transportation Infrastructure (NT$10) and High Technology Development (NT$25).

Printed in a se-tenant strip of four, the stamps are with special perforations of the numerals “1,” “0,” and “0” in between.
