The NT$0.80 stamp has the portraits of Dr. Sun Yat-sen (SYS) and President Chiang Kai-shek (CKS) as the central subject, thus paying tribute to the founder and the leader of the Republic of China in these 50 years.

The NT$5.00 stamp is a flying national flag and a map of the Republic of China with the mainland behind the flag and the island of Taiwan glowing brightly.

No gum & no perf as issued.
