Collecting Card of 2007 Lesser Panda Stamps & Souvenir Sheet(s/s). Formosa(Taiwan), Rep of China.

Including 4v stamps+ 1 s/s+ 4 postal cards of Lesser Panda image. Very nice & scarce.

The lesser panda is a carnivorous mammal of the Ailuridae family. The coat on its torso is reddish chestnut and its limbs and belly are deep chestnut. It has white patches on its face and white edges around its ears.

This sheet features two lesser pandas curiously and leisurely patrolling the woods. The design is amusing and endearing, especially in its depiction of the lesser panda in the lower right corner. The stamp provides a very clear image of its beautiful tail (with its special colored rings), which is draped over a tree branch.
