How to make API calls to return items?

    Hello,

    We need some help to use the REST API. We have our items listed under "akacfa" account.
    We have requested an API key and got 2 keys and 2 additional users (akacfa_dev, akacfa_test).
    So now we have 3 accounts with 2 API keys.

    We have managed to download the Delcampe categories without any problem using either of the keys.
    But we are unable to retrieve the items of the "akacfa" user.
    I think that we are trying to get the items from the "akacfa_dev" or from the "akacfa_test" and of course they do not have any item.
    How can we access to the items of the "akacfa" account?
    Should we connect somhow the accounts and keys?

    For example:
    Link (http)

    Result:
    <Delcampe_Notification>
    <Notification_Token/>
    <Notification_Datetime>2019-01-06 21:41:21</Notification_Datetime>
    <Notification_Data>
    <Headers>
    <Ressource>item-fixedprice-opened</Ressource>
    <Action>GET</Action>
    <Status>200</Status>
    </Headers>
    <body>
    </body>
    </Notification_Data>
    </Delcampe_Notification>

    Thank you for your help,
    Gergely

    Dear Gergely,

    thank you for your question.

    I will try to help you through your problem.

    First of all, let me explain the two account system: you received two new accounts to use our API.
    But don't worry: those accounts are linked from our side to your main account 'akacfa'.

    You received two new accounts for technical reason for us.
    The '_test' account seems obvious: is for test purpose. Every call you will make with that account won't impact our system.
    It's just for you, when you develop your application. Instead of making tries on the main system, we provide a sandbox environment accessible through your '_test' account.

    The '_dev' account is called dev because it is supposed to be used by a developer to handle calls to our API.

    I'm not sure if this explanation is clear enough (sorry if it isn't ;) ).
    If not, please, don't hesitate to tell me.

    All that said, if you succeed to get the category's list, that means you correctly perform the authentification process.
    So I don't see any reason you didn't get any items in your response.

    Can you write here the code you used to send your request please ?

    Best regards

    Dear Benjamin,

    Thank you your reply!
    Basically I use the same PHP code / classes in my side to get the categories and the items also.
    Because I get HTTP code 200 with empty body after calling the "rest.delcampe.net/item/fixedprice/opened" URI
    can you help me to check your side what is happening?

    For example I made calls using
    "rest.delcampe.net/item/fixedprice/opened?token=b9cb7ac74a7d7dc832a08a6dec9435e5" URI.
    at 2019-01-13 20:45:25, 2019-01-13 20:46:43, 2019-01-13 20:52:28
    This are the times from the response header "<Notification_Datetime>".
    The token is not valid already when I post this message.

    Anyway if it helps, please send me a contact email to my registered email address where I can post our code.

    Thank you and best regards,
    Gergely
