I have a few "coins" "Chambres de Commerce de France" around the edge with central "bon pour 2 Francs/ 1 Franc /50 centimes" on one side and "Commerce Industrie" and date on other side. Are these coins or tokens and if so for what?
Also another similar from Tunisie. Again what is it?
    Are they collectable?

According to your description I assume your coins are similar to that on my picture.
In french we call them "monnaies de nécessité" ("notgeld" in german)
These coins were used in France (and North African French Colonies) from WWI to 1927
    And of course they're collectable.

Many thanks for your response. Can you say why the tokens were issued? Was there a shortage of "proper" currency.
    Many thanks
