    CIRCUMSTANCES IN INTERNATIONAL CIRCULATION TRAFFIC CANCELLATION IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES

    Worldwide, mail traffic has slowed down due to the coronavirus epidemic. Restrictions on air and road transport have been introduced in several countries, which has also made it difficult to deliver mail. On March 17, 2020, Hungary's borders were closed before passenger traffic, and the decision affects both road and air traffic.

    The situation has narrowed the opportunities. Outgoing mail has become obstructed or impossible at all directions, countries, international mail is temporarily suspended from March 18, 2020 (International EMS, International Priority and Non-Priority Mail, International Priority and Non-Priority Letter, MPL ES Package) to the following countries:
