    Can you please be a bit more specific regarding the music?
    We have not added any background sound to the website.
    There only is a video on the presentation page of Delcampe Pay.
    I don't know if you are talking about it or not.

    On my computer, the system does not automatically plays a video unless I press the "Play" button.
    It seems that your system does.
    If the music annoys you, I will recommend you to either
    - stop playing the video
    - switch off the volume of your PC

    I live in Philippines....BUT I use a UK paypal account and operate through a UK bank account in GBP
    As your usage criteria is based on country of residence, rather than country of operations, is there a way round this?

    No, there is no way round this.
    To use Delcampe Pay: you must be living in one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia or Switzerland

    The code snippet for the Youtube video on your landing page is actually coded to autoplay, like this: Link (https)

    It can be coded not to autoplay, like this: Link (https)

    I am not quite sure why you think it is up to the customer to avoid playing unwanted distractions.

    PayPal is not available in my country and delcampe-pay is not being activated from here either. I have a payoneer Germany bank account. Kindly advice or allow to charge extra for PayPal transaction. :question:

    I have disabled Delcampe Pay because it won't accept my sort code. I have personnel reserve bank account could this be the problem. "Error Incorrect Sort Code". Anyway around this.

    I have had the same problems with all sorts of error messages.

    Presumably these are the usual new technology teething problems common with Delcampe innovations.

    Hopefully all will settle down with time and when this payment system actually becomes active and people begin to use it. Until then I am not going to spend time on it.

    Thanks for your reply. I have tried again as you requested and it still won't accept my sort code, this is the error warning >(Incorrect sort code highlighted in orange).

    I put in a support ticket regarding Delcampe payment won't accept my sort code and account number. I sent a screen shot of the problem a few weeks back if you remember and I have not hear anything back fron support since. I tried entering my bank details again today with no joy I'm afraid, still the same error problem.

    Just recently had a message from a member who would like to pay by Bank Transfer and had to explain I cannot at this moment due to the problem.

    Hope this will be fixed soon.

    Both or neither. It was probably a rather careless blanket announcement to all members irrespective of whether the new system was available for them or not.

    Matter of interest, it only operates if a member actually lives in Europe. i am a European citizen with a bank Account in GBP.....but it does not work for me either because I choose to live elsewhere in a warmer and less bureaucratic clime.

    We don't have IBAN here either....maybe one fine day the larger internationally used SWIFT system of bank transfer will be available?
