    Good evening.
    Please can you help to define the stamp described below.
    -Northeast China 1950
    -Conference hall Peking
    -Catalogue Scott n. 1L137
    (See attached image)
    According to the catalog Scott the first issue (new) of this stamp has a price of about EUR 35.00.
    Reprints Instead worth about 1.50 euro.
    But how can you differentiate the reprint of the first issue?
