Hi Mike:
The German company, Rotophot, had affiliates throughout the world. The encircled RPH is the logo for Rotophot. The SBW-clover part of the logo stands for S. Blüh, Wien. SBW was an Austrian postcard publisher and wholesaler, who appears to have been the sole agency in Austria for Rotophot materials. There's general information about Rotophot at Link (http)
.
The child on the postcard is Hanni Reinwald. There's a brief sketch about her, and other Rotophot (and RPH-SBW) models at: Link (http)
