    Hi Mike,

    I think this person can't be identified.
    The text says this is a card of 'Volkstrachten aus Schwaben', 'Local outfits of Schwaben'.
    The text on the right is signed by Adolf Grimminger, but I don't believe it's him who is pictured on the left.

    Search Delcampe with 'volkstrachten schwaben' and you will find other cards of this series.

    The text on the right is signed by Adolf Grimminger, but I don't believe it's him who is pictured on the left.
