Within three months after the end date of the sale :

  • Go to Open a dispute.
  • Enter the item number which can be found beside the title on the item sale page
  • Select the reason for the dispute
  • Indicate your role in the transaction
  • Provide an explanation
  • Validate by clicking on the "Open a dispute" button
  • The other member in question will receive an email asking them to respond


Note that you have 90 days to open a dispute (starting from the day the sale was closed).
