Open a dispute
Within three months after the end date of the sale :
- Go to Open a dispute.
- Enter the item number which can be found beside the title on the item sale page
- Select the reason for the dispute
- Indicate your role in the transaction
- Provide an explanation
- Validate by clicking on the "Open a dispute" button
- The other member in question will receive an email asking them to respond
Note that you have 90 days to open a dispute (starting from the day the sale was closed).
