The beautiful embossed card page printed by him to accompany an article by Charles Whiting entitled "The Treasury Competition and other Essays" showing four Congreve essays in rose, indigo and red (with a pale green sheet border) as submitted for the 1839 competition, printed to support the article published in 1848 in the Art Union Journal with a large red & green "For Protection Against Forgery" banknote size security design on reverse.
