All payments are made via Mangopay. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may have consequences for the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification by Delcampe when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping.
International Shipping
We offer trackable worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are as the following chart:
Europe: 6-11 Days
North America: 10-16 Days
South America: 13-19 Days
Australia: 13-19 Days
Rest of the World: 10-16 Days
Kindly note during transit time, there can be delays that we have no control upon like customs delays, courier delays etc.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Collectybles LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Delcampe which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 40 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at yigit@collectybles.com or via Delcampe messages with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We will send you a link after your purchase which can be used to track your package. This link will be sent via Delcampe messages.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us a message via Delcampe or email us as soon as possible at yigit@collectybles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
• Returned items must be in their original product packaging if they had one
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use other than their original condition shown by the photos and writings on Delcampe listing.
Information We Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Delcampe to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of artwork, for example), if you contact us directly.
Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list;
- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
- as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving our services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services; and 2) Compliance with the Delcampe Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Delcampe Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Delcampe. We share information with Delcampe as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Delcampe Seller Policy and Delcampe Terms of Use.
- Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
- Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
