Greetings from Dhaka Bangladesh; a Very Good Day to you. This is Nasim Nowshad from Dhaka Bangladesh. It's now been 45 years since I started collecting stamps in the late 70s. I am a passionate Philatelist; my Interest primarily focuses on Cricket (the Gentelman's game ), Bangladesh ERROR & Varieties, Philately of Iraq & Libya and some other topics.
Our specialization focuses on Cricket, Bangladesh, Libya, Iraq and Military stamps. We invite you to go through our Delcampe store and I'm sure you'll find something interesting! All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the <a {linkParameters}>conditions of use</a>, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
1. Items shall be sent by Registered Airmail only. We only ship by Registered Airmail for ensuring Delivery of items and to retain your high level of Satisfaction.
2. Shipping and handling charges Worldwide would be 3.50 USD for items weighing below and equal to 20 gm! Shipping and handling charges for Items weighing more than 20 gm shall be done by following the Bangladesh Post Office postage tariff (counry and territory wise) that have been made official!
3. We offer Combine Shipping & Charge for your convenience; please write to us for detail updates on combine shipping. If you pay by PayPal then you will need to bear the transaction fees: (5% of "Total including S&H").
4. There will be no handling fee for as many additional items you may choose and buy from our store!
5. Please note that we’re unable to bear any responsibility for the Improper or Poor Handling of packages that we post to our Honourable Buyers! This is because its absolutely out of our control & its not possible for us to ensure that postal authorities do handle our posted packages with Care! Your Kind Understanding is solicited in this regard.
6. Following the new selling fees adopted by Delcampe, each sale has been charged with a small amount of 0.25 USD or 0.25 EUR (depending on currency to which the item sold) by Delcampe. We used to charge this amount earlier and have now decided to charge it only if the shopping amount is less than 20.00 USD.
7. We try our best for our honorable customers to ensure quick and safe delivery of items. However, there are occassions while the consignment gets lost on transit. We get least support from BD Post Office in regard to postal losses of Registered Letters and EMS. Hence we offer a second sending (subject to availability) to our valued Customers. If a second copy of the product is not available then we refund money excluding shipping and handling fees.
