Shipping after payment
Terms of payment:
All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the <a {linkParameters}>conditions of use</a>, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Status of the item by presentation.
Terms of payment: prepayment including delivery.
Payment types:

- Money transfer (Western Union, PayPal, Payoneer);

Send by registered mail via Avia:
- 50gr = 6 €
- 50 - 250 gr. = 8 €
- 251-1000 gr. = 20 €.
Sending a regular letter via Avia:
- 50 gr = 3 €
- 50 - 250 g = 5 €
The cost of sending at the rates of Ukrposhta or Pozta Polska
You can save on shipping by buying multiple items at the same time.
The buyer pays all shipping and packing fees for purchased lots as well. These fees are usually no more than 10% of the purchase amount + shipping.
ATTENTION:
-The payment limit is 7 days.
- If you need to pay within 7 days, the item will be re-listed, the buyer will give a negative review and blacklist.

I haven't shown a lot of merchandise for you yet on delcampe.net. Therefore, you can offer me any of your wish lists from the former USSR, Baltic states and Eastern European countries:
- stamps and envelopes of the first day;
- envelopes;
- postcards and postcards.
I can also offer you various accessories for philately, numismatics, philocarty and other types of collecting owned brands (Leuchtturn, Lindner, Safe).
Any catalogs of MICHEL Rundschau brands and Ganzsachen catalogs of countries of the world, catalogs of countries of the former USSR.
