More info
All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the <a {linkParameters}>conditions of use</a>, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

Specific conditions
The seller receives the following information when listing the item. This is specific information explaining that the buyer unknowingly pays part of the Delcampe platform fees and forces the seller to raise the price to obtain any benefit from the eventual sale:
The seller price is the amount you will receive. The price seen by the buyer will be your amount plus the platform fee. It is therefore the buyer who will pay the platform fees. In the case of an auction, the platform fee will also be added to the minimum bid you set.
Delcampe banned the acceptance of bank transfers. Only payment via PayPal is legal, as Mangopay is not available to private users from Poland. Due to PayPal requirements, only registered and tracked shipments are permitted. When I sent ordinary letters, the majority of buyers declared that the letter had not arrived. PayPal is holding all of my funds in my PayPal account, not just those related to the disputed transaction, and it is my responsibility for the items shipped and shipping costs to force me to reimburse the buyer. As for shipping prices and actual PayPal transfer costs. I permanently increase the tariff price of the Polish Post by 50 percent, because this is more or less the average cost of a PayPal transfer. The transfer price each time includes a transaction fee, double currency conversion and some strange taxes, and in some cases even customs duties. The latter applies to transactions with users outside the EU. As for the costs generated by Delcampe.net, it is not as bad as in Pay Pal, but it happens that the fee for listing a cheap item exceeds the price of the product by 300%. Current example from April 2024: Seller's price: €0.10 Delcempe.net Fees €0.41, and this is for a single postage stamp. For more expensive items or sets of items, Delcampe.net's commission actually decreases. Set of four war identification documents: Seller's price: €200.00 Delcempe.net Fees €20.30 For the most common starting price in many categories, I mean € 1.00 the commission is 40%. Here is an example: Seller's price: €1.00 Delcempe.net Fees €0.40 I am describing this whole situation in order to inform buyers why prices from private sellers may be slightly different than from professional sellers. I am asking for your understanding for the increased shipping fees, I apologize for limiting the list of countries to which I ship items purchased from me, I apologize for having to apply a minimum price of €1.00 for the sale of a single item, I also apologize for the fact that After the end of the auction, I do not send any notifications or payment requests, because as a user from Eastern Europe, I am not a reliable partner. This is how PayPal has described me many times, and Delcampe.net tried to close my account for a similar reason a dozen or so years ago. So please use automatic functions as Delcampe suggests. Remember to send the payment after finalizing all the purchased purchases, there is no need to do it earlier because Delcampe may react to the splitting of the order by forcing you to pay the shipping costs for each request to send an invoice. Despite this tirade of mine, I invite everyone to visit my shop and make any purchases. Sorry for the language errors. I use Google services. I use Google Translate and Google Mail as niesobia1964. Greetings to everyone from Poland.
